That time a squirrel dropped a nut on my head from 40 feet up
Last Tuesday in Portland I was doing a canopy inspection on a big red oak and this squirrel decided I was too close to its stash, so it started chucking acorns at me. One nailed me right on the hard hat and bounced off into the client's bird bath, which honestly sounded way louder than it should have. Has anyone else had wildlife treat them like a personal target while you're up in the tree, or am I just the chosen one?
