A homeowner in Phoenix told me my wire runs were 'too neat' to be secure
He insisted a messier install would confuse a burglar, which made me think about balancing clean work with security through obscurity. Has anyone else had a client argue for intentionally sloppy work?

Tbh that logic is wild. A buddy of mine had a client ask him to leave old, disconnected cables in the wall "for looks" so it seemed more complicated. People get the weirdest ideas about security. Makes you wonder if they'd also want a fake alarm box that just flashes a light.
