Tried frozen dumplings in the air fryer, never going back to steaming

I was convinced air frying dumplings would dry them out or make the wrappers tough. Last Tuesday I tossed a bag of pork and chive dumplings from Costco in at 375 for about 9 minutes, flipping halfway with a light spray of oil. The bottoms turned out crispy and the filling stayed juicy, way better than my old bamboo steamer. Anyone else do frozen potstickers this way, or do you still swear by boiling first?

I mean, it's fried dough with meat in it, not exactly a life-altering discovery, but sure, glad the air fryer worked out for you. I'll stick with my steamer until my counter space runs out and I cave to the hype.
