That $45 air fryer liner pack was a complete waste
I bought a 100 pack of those perforated parchment liners off Amazon last month after seeing them all over social media. They sounded perfect for keeping my basket clean, but every single one shriveled up and touched the heating element on my Cosori, smoking up my whole kitchen. The brand claimed they were safe up to 450 degrees, yet the edges burned at 400 during a simple chicken thigh cook. Has anyone found a liner brand that actually stays put without curling, or should I just go back to spraying the basket with oil every time?
Reading that yours actually caught fire at 400 degrees makes my jaw drop. I've been using those same cheap parchment liners for months and never once thought about them curling up into the heating coil. Your Cosori basically turned into a smoke machine over a chicken thigh, which is insane for something that claims to handle 450. I would've freaked out and yanked the plug right there. The fact that the edges burned way below the temp they advertise is flat out scary.
