PSA: Frozen chicken wings don't need to be thawed first

Used to wait hours defrosting wings before air frying. Tried tossing frozen ones in at 380 for 25 minutes last week and they came out crispier than any thawed batch I ever made. Who else skips the thaw step?

Always thought thawing was the only way" - bro same. I literally used to plan my meals around defrost time. Now I just throw them in like some kind of culinary outlaw. Guess my 5 minutes of "microwave defrost" shame is finally over.

Honestly I was the same way. Always thought thawing was the only way to get them cooked through. Tried it frozen once on a lazy night and yeah, never going back.
