My air fryer basket was lying to me the whole time
I've been making wings every Friday for like 6 months, always following the recipe card that came with the basket, and last week my cousin came over and pointed out that I was flipping them at the exact halfway point when the basket's nonstick coating was making them slide instead of crisp. He just grabbed the tongs, shook the basket once, and the wings came out way crunchier than I ever got them. Anyone else realize they were overthinking the flip and just needed to give the basket a solid shake instead?
