That one week where three partners all wanted the same retainer change
Last month in Austin, I had three separate agency partners ask me to shift their monthly reporting from PDFs to live dashboards, all within like 4 days. I mean, it was flattering they all trusted me, but coordinating the rollout meant I had to rewrite my whole onboarding doc and basically live in screen share sessions. Has anyone else had a wave of similar requests hit at once, and how did you handle the setup headache without burning out your team?

Noticing how these things tend to come in threes or fours, like bad weather or tech glitches. It's funny, the same thing happens with my friends asking for help moving apartments, they all suddenly need a truck the same weekend. I think there's just a wave effect, one person tries something new and then everyone else in the same circle decides they need it too, without talking to each other. For the dashboard thing, I'd just set up one clear template and record a short video walkthrough once, then send that to all three. That way you're not repeating yourself three times, just pointing everyone to the same fix. Did the rollouts at least go smooth after the first one?
