That feedback about my client reports flipped how I run every kickoff
A partner in Seattle told me my monthly reports were just data dumps, not stories, and now I spend the first 30 minutes of every kickoff agreeing on what success actually looks like before we sign anything. Has anyone else built a shared scorecard with a partner that killed the back and forth?

Used to think that was overkill, now I won't kick off without nailing the scorecard first.
