My guitar case hasn't been opened since spring

Between paying down debt and keeping up with the house, my fingers have forgotten how to play. How do you make space for your creative side when regular life eats up all your hours?

You ever notice how this happens with so many things? We get pumped about a new hobby, grab all the stuff, and then it just collects dust. Life gets busy, or the fun wears off, and bam, it's been seasons. I know people who buy workout machines that end up holding laundry, or books that stay on the shelf. We always mean to pick it back up, but time slips away. That guitar sitting since spring is totally part of that.

Nah, @alice_west54, I've seen hobbies stick for people. My friend got into painting during lockdown and still does it every weekend. She sets aside an hour on Sundays, and it's become her thing. Sometimes it's about making small consistent time, not just initial excitement.
