The inspection at my Four Hills rental made me rethink my own water heater
I was at a rental property on Four Hills Rd NE when the home inspector pointed at the water heater pan and asked how old it was. I had no clue it was about to fail, and he showed me the rust line inside the burner compartment. Now I check the date sticker on my own unit at home every spring and flush it with a hose once a year. Does anyone have a good plumber in the Heights who does flushes without trying to sell a whole new unit?
