Took a photo of the old food court fountain and got a weird reflection

I was in that dead mall outside Akron last fall, trying to get a shot of the dry fountain where the goldfish used to be. When I looked at the picture later, there was a clear reflection of a 'Sbarro' sign in the murky water that wasn't visible to my eye. Has anyone else caught something in a photo they didn't see while exploring?

Glass ceilings don't make clear sign reflections like that.

I mean, I just turned off HDR and it fixed it for me.

Could it have been a glare from the glass ceiling? My phone camera picks up weird light stuff all the time.
