Honestly, I used to believe a flawless, detailed business plan was non-negotiable for any serious venture. Tbh, witnessing a few scrappy teams iterate their way to product-market fit completely shifted my perspective. Ngl, the early 2000s focus on exhaustive documentation feels almost nostalgic compared to today's lean, hypothesis-driven approaches. What convinced me was a founder who shared how their initial model was wrong, but rapid customer feedback saved everything.
