Seriously? The part that gets me is how a signal from one of those outer solar system probes takes longer to get here than my cross-country flight. When New Horizons flew by Pluto, the "we did it!" message took like four and a half hours just to arrive. That's a whole workday of just waiting to hear if it worked.

Try comparing that to me waiting three minutes for my microwave popcorn. I start pacing after ninety seconds.
