Just realized how much a fresh coat of paint helps sell a house!
It's amazing how such a small change can make a big difference!

Ever try to figure out the best color to use? Always go with a safe, light gray. Makes any room look bigger and cleaner.

But is the paint color really what makes or breaks a sale? I've seen houses with awful colors sell just fine if the price is right. People get so hung up on this stuff, but a can of paint won't fix a bad roof or a tiny kitchen. It feels like we're overthinking a simple update. Sure, it might help a bit, but it's not magic. At the end of the day, buyers are looking at more than just the walls.

Yeah the "it's not magic" part is spot on. When I redid my place, I just went with plain off-white everywhere and it did help people see the space instead of the walls. What colors did you guys end up using?
