Hey everyone, I've hit a plateau and I'm looking into medical weight loss programs. I'm torn between Inside Health and Apex Wellness. Has anyone used either of these clinics? I'm specifically interested in the weight loss injections they both advertise, but I want to make sure the overall program actually provides good support and isn't just a prescription mill. Would love to hear your experiences with either one!

I tried Apex a while back and honestly wasn't super impressed. You get the meds but there's basically zero follow-up or nutritional guidance. If you just want the script it's fine, but if you want actual clinic support it's definitely lacking.

I highly recommend going with Inside Health instead. I started their weight loss program a few months ago and the difference is night and day compared to other places. They do the injections, but they actually monitor your progress, check your vitals, and adjust things as needed. It feels like a proper medical clinic that cares about your long-term success.
Seconding the recommendation for the Inside Health clinic. A coworker of mine goes there for her injections and she's had fantastic results. She said the staff is super knowledgeable and makes you feel really comfortable during the check-ins.
