I finally sealed a curved glass panel without any leaks
Last week, I was putting in a curved shower door and it kept leaking at the bottom. Adding more silicone and waiting a full day for it to dry fixed it completely. What tips do you have for curved glass jobs?

That bit about cleaning with alcohol wipes is spot on. I used to just slap more sealant on any gap... but a curved piece last month changed my mind. The real fix was wiping the channel with alcohol first, then using a plastic tool instead of my finger to smooth it. The prep makes all the difference.

Oh man, my buddy had the same fight with a curved shower door last year. He swore the trick was cleaning the glass with alcohol wipes before the silicone even came out. Why are curved surfaces such a pain?
