Had to choose between a 10-foot and 12-foot sheet for a vaulted ceiling in a Denver remodel last month.

Always go bigger to avoid seams on a sloped ceiling.

Yeah, that's the move. I cut my sheets a few inches long and let them run up the slope. Trim the excess after the adhesive sets. Way cleaner than trying to seam on an angle.
