Appreciation post: Why I'm done with coffee shops for work
I used to love the vibe of cafes for getting stuff done. But after dealing with spotty Wi-Fi and buying too many lattes, I joined a coworking space. The consistent internet and dedicated desk have been a game changer.

Totally get that... made the same switch last year. Paying for a reliable spot just makes the workday less stressful somehow. Best decision for actually getting things done.

That bit about a "reliable spot" making things less stressful is so true. I read something about how just knowing your workspace is sorted cuts down on a ton of background worry. It frees up mental space to actually focus on the task.

Right... it's like when your spot is always ready, you don't waste time setting up each day. That steady routine lets you jump into deep work without that mental block. I've noticed I can handle tougher tasks because my brain isn't filled with where to sit or if my stuff is charged... it just becomes a habit that helps you keep going over time.
