Honestly, I had a customer scream at me for 15 minutes over a $3 coupon.

Tbh, it was at a hardware store in Austin, and the coupon was expired by one day. Ngl, they called me a thief and demanded to see the manager. I explained the policy three times, but they just got louder. Has anyone else had a customer threaten to call corporate over something this small?
