Hit 100 customer calls about the same downed tree in one week

I run a tree service and this lady called every single day, sometimes twice, to ask if we were 'sure' her neighbor's giant oak was really on her property line after a storm. I mean, we sent the survey, we explained it, but she kept calling to argue about the map. Has anyone else ever had a client just fixate on one detail like that for a solid week?

That "fixate on one detail" thing is just how some people handle stress, I've seen it with car repairs too.

Hmm, I see it a bit differently. @torres.sage I actually think sometimes it's not about control but just your brain going into overdrive and latching onto whatever's right in front of you, even if it's not the main problem lol.

Yeah the car repair comparison is spot on. It's like your brain just latches onto that one thing you can maybe control.
