Appreciation post: the instant pot saved my chili after 4 failed batches
I kept burning my chili on the stove, every single time. Last week I gave up and dumped everything in the pressure cooker on manual for 20 minutes. Came out perfect, no stirring, no scorched bottom. Am I the last person to try this or has anyone else ditched the pot for good?
