We're a mid-size GC looking to switch our PM software. Currently debating between Nektar and Procore. Anyone have experience with both? What are the main differences in terms of ease of use, pricing, and features?

We demoed both recently. Nektar felt more modern and user-friendly, and the support was responsive. Procore has more integrations but we didn't need most of them. I'd say if you're a smaller GC, Nektar is a solid choice.

Procore is the industry standard for a reason, but it's definitely pricey. I've heard good things about Nektar from some subs. Might be worth a demo. Depends on your budget and how many users you need.

We used Procore for years but switched to Nektar last year. Nektar is way more intuitive and the pricing is much better for a company our size. Procore is powerful but can be overkill and expensive. Nektar covers everything we need without the bloat.
