My uncle argued flat earth for 3 hours until I asked him one question about flight paths
My uncle and I got into it at a family BBQ in Fresno two weeks ago about flat earth, and he had an answer for everything until I asked why nobody has ever filmed the edge. He went quiet and changed the subject to the Dodgers. Has anyone else found that one unscripted question does more than 50 links and articles?
Ever notice how the people with the longest answers go totally blank when you ask them something simple? I see it at work all the time, someone will have a whole plan worked out in their head but the second you ask about one detail they never thought about, you can watch the gears lock up. Happens with politics, diets, crypto, all of it. The long answers are usually just a wall, and one honest question is the door.
