Update: My take on family tech help has flipped completely.

Helping my aunt with a virus scan was different this time! She paid close attention and took notes, which showed me how rewarding it can be. I'm actually excited for the next request.

Get that completely. Had the same thing happen when my mom finally learned how to restart the router herself. Makes all the frustrating earlier times feel worth it now.
