Showerthought: reading orders matter way less than people make it seem
I spent 4 hours building a spreadsheet for a 90 issue X-Men run in Portland last month, then just read the issues by cover date and nothing confused me. Does anyone else just go by what shipped first instead of hunting down the "official" order?

How did you even survive those 4 hours of spreadsheet building without losing your mind lol? I did the same thing with Claremont's run last year, mapped out every single issue including the annuals and side books, then ended up just grabbing whatever came out next by cover date anyway. Honestly the only time I ever got confused was when a book clearly picked up right where another one left off, and even then a quick flip back fixed it.
