Can we talk about the guy at my local shop who spoils every issue before you read it
I was at Comic Kingdom on 4th Street last Saturday picking up the new issue of Saga, and this older guy in a denim vest just walked up and told me the big death scene before I even paid. I asked him nicely to stop, but he said "it's been out for three days" like that makes it okay. Has anyone else dealt with a shop regular who ruins the experience for everyone?

Man, @gibson.elizabeth said it way better than I could. Is it really that big of a deal? Ask that guy who just got his car repo'd over a $400 payday loan because the interest piled up. Or the lady who lost her apartment over a water bill that was late by a week. It's never just one thing, it's that whole pile of little things that finally tip over.

Yeah @troythompson, when you say "is it really that big of a deal," I gotta tell you, in my experience it can be. I know a couple people who went through similar situations and it messed with their heads for a long time. Your mileage may vary, but I've seen how these things can pile up and feel way bigger than they look from the outside. It's not always about the one thing, you know? Sometimes it's the pattern that wears you down.
