Dropped $220 on a hand grinder and my $18 blade grinder was doing less damage than I feared
I finally caved and bought a 1Zpresso Q2 for about $220 back in March after reading this forum for weeks. Turns out my old blade grinder was not ruining my pour overs as much as I wanted to believe, the bigger jump came from just stirring the grounds before brewing. So the grinder helped, but not $200 worth, at least not for the way I brew. Am I the only one who bought a nice hand grinder and felt kind of dumb after?
