Hit 0.0005 inches on a bearing bore and had to double check the mic
Got called to ream a worn out hydraulic cylinder eye last week and my first pass came in at 0.0005 inches over, which is tighter than I usually trust myself to hold. How do you all verify a bore when the print gives you almost no room to be wrong?
