Rant: People who throw away half their prep because they don't label anything

I just pulled six quarts of what I thought was veal stock from the walk-in at 5am and it was actually chicken because some jabroni didn't write on the cambro. How hard is it to grab a piece of tape and a sharpie before you finish your shift, seriously?

Grab a roll of blue painter's tape and leave it right by the walk-in door.

Honestly that's a solid move. Painter's tape is cheap and saves a ton of hassle later.
