TIL my grocery bill dropped to $38 a week after I started hitting the 7pm markdowns at Kroger
Been doing this for a month now and my weekly food spend went from like $90 to $38, mostly on meat and bakery stuff they slap 50% off stickers on right before close. Last Tuesday I grabbed a pack of chicken thighs for $2.10 and a loaf of sourdough for $1.50. Anyone else got a specific time that works better at their store, or is 7pm pretty much the move everywhere?
