My boss in Cincinnati almost fired me over one Facebook comment last week
Last Wednesday a client found an old post where I complained about a rude customer and decided to send screenshots to my boss, who pulled me into a meeting and asked if I understood why people might be upset. I apologized and deleted the post, but the client still walked away from a $2,000 job and now my boss watches my socials like a hawk. How do you all handle it when something you posted years ago suddenly comes back to bite you at work?
