My camp stove regulator gave out mid-boil at Yosemite last week
I was trying to make coffee at 6am and the flame started sputtering then died completely. Has anyone else had a Coleman regulator fail without warning like that?

Read somewhere that Coleman had a batch of bad regulators a couple years back, something about the internal diaphragm warping in cold weather. Could be they never fully fixed the problem. Six am in Yosemite is pretty cold, so that tracks with what I heard. Worth checking if yours was from that recall lot number.
