DAE think the 'lawyer up immediately' advice is wrong for small claims?
Everybody in this sub says get a lawyer day one, but for my $3,200 back injury claim in Fresno the guy wanted 15% just to file paperwork I could do myself. Did anyone here actually handle a smaller claim solo and come out fine, or did it blow up in your face?
