This recurring shoulder pain from overhead sanding is killing my workflow

Honestly, I've had this sharp pain in my shoulder for weeks. It hits every time I sand the tops of tall cabinets. Tbh, I ignored it at first, but now it's messing with my precision. I tried ice packs, but they only help a bit. Ngl, I'm worried it might turn into something serious if I don't address it.

Weeks of sharp shoulder pain from sanding is no joke.

What's your stance like when you're sanding up high? I messed up my rotator cuff by not keeping my elbow tucked in, could be similar.

Ouch, @hunt.aaron, that sounds rough! My buddy did something similar trying to reach a weird angle while painting his ceiling.
