Payroll software locked me out on the 1st and I had to pay 12 people by hand
Our payroll service did a surprise update on the 1st and locked every admin out of the account right when checks were due. I ended up at the bank in Tulsa at 8am with a handwritten sheet, splitting $18,400 across 12 people and praying my math held up. Does anyone have a backup plan for payday when the software just quits on you?
