TIL a messy index is actually fine, a guy at the Tulsa meetup flipped my whole view on it
I sat next to this guy named Devon at a bullet journal meetup in Tulsa 3 weeks ago. He pulled out his journal and his index was a disaster, arrows everywhere, cross outs, notes in the margins. I almost said something snarky about it. Then he said he quit rewriting his index 2 years ago because the mess shows where his brain actually went that month. I had been recopying mine every single month to keep it neat and it was eating like 40 minutes each time for zero payoff. So now I just let it get ugly.
Anyone else here just let their index look like a crime scene? Or am I the only one who switched sides on this?
