Migraine tracker spreads are actually worth the effort?
I used to think logging pain levels and triggers in my journal was pointless busywork, but after 2 weeks of tracking I noticed my worst attacks always followed late night screen time. Has anyone else found a pattern that surprised them and changed how they plan their weekly spreads?
My mom kept a food diary for years trying to figure out her stomach issues and she swore the answer was dairy. Turned out it was actually the huge glass of orange juice she had every morning. She cut that out and felt way better within a week. It always bugs me how the thing causing the problem isn't the thing you suspect. Two weeks feels short though, you might want to keep logging a bit longer before you lock in a rule about screen time. Patterns have a funny way of shifting once you think you've got them figured out.
