Appreciation post: From complicated trackers to one simple list
I thought I NEEDED detailed habit grids to stay on track, but they just made me anxious. Now I just jot down three key things each morning and it's SO much easier to keep up.

Yeah that's so true, I found the same thing. When you keep it super simple your brain doesn't fight it as much, you just do the thing instead of overthinking the system.

Back in college, I overthought a simple essay prompt... wrote ten pages when two would've done it. Teacher said I missed the point completely.
