Unpopular opinion: I thought booking flights on a Tuesday was a myth until I saved $180 on a trip to Denver
I tracked prices for a month and the fare actually dropped by almost 40% on a random Tuesday afternoon. What's the most you've ever saved by changing your booking day?

Totally believed that was just travel blogger nonsense! I used to book whenever I felt like it. Then I tried checking on a Tuesday for a trip to Florida and saved over a hundred bucks on two tickets. Now I always check midweek prices before hitting confirm.

Oh the "travel blogger nonsense" line got me. I used to say the same thing until I got burned paying way too much for a last minute flight on a Sunday. Now I'm that person secretly checking prices on my phone at work every Tuesday like it's my side job. It feels silly but hey, a hundred bucks is a hundred bucks. What's the weirdest tip that actually worked for you?

Wait, Tuesday? Like a random Tuesday morning or does it matter what time? I mean I get the whole "check midweek" thing but I always thought that was one of those old wives tales from like 2005. Actually now that I think about it I booked a flight to Chicago last year on a Wednesday afternoon and got it for like 180 bucks and my buddy who booked the same flight the next day paid 260. I just thought I got lucky or something. Your mileage may vary but I might actually start doing this on purpose now.
