Bought a $30 instant pot knockoff and it died after 3 uses
Picked up a no-name pressure cooker on Amazon to save money and the seal gave out on my third batch of rice. Had to clean beans off the ceiling in my apartment in Santa Clarita. Anyone else swear by the real thing or just stick to stovetop cooking?

Oh man, I gotta respectfully disagree here. The real Instant Pots are way more reliable than I expected for the price, and I've had mine for years without any issues. Stovetop pressure cookers are fine but the set-and-forget convenience of a legit electric one is hard to beat for me.

Oh, bless your heart, but the real Instant Pot brand is actually the same as the generic ones now since they got bought out.
