The brickwork on that new bank in Tulsa is a joke and I'm tired of pretending it's not
Went by the new bank going up on 15th Street in Tulsa last week and the mortar joints on the front wall are all over the place, some fat, some skinny, no consistency at all. I get it, everybody's got a schedule to hit, but there's no excuse for joints ranging from a quarter inch to a half inch on a wall that's gonna be the first thing people see. The tooling is sloppy too, like nobody took a jointer to it after the mortar set up. Anybody else seeing this stuff on commercial jobs lately, or is it just the crews working around here cutting corners?
