The VHS copy of Blade Runner that had a whole extra scene I never noticed

I've been ripping old tapes for like 5 years and always fast-forwarded through the static at the beginning, figured it was just tracking issues. Last month I let a 1983 rental copy play through that static and a 10 minute cut scene with Deckard buying noodles popped up, completely different from the director's cut. Anyone else ever find hidden stuff hiding in the garbage parts of their rips?
