The drive-thru headset picked up my full rant about a customer...

I work at a fast food place in Tulsa, and last Tuesday this guy orders 4 custom burgers with like 8 changes each. Then he pulls up to the window and starts yelling because his total was $27.50 instead of $24.00. I forgot my headset was still live and mumbled "great, another coupon king who can't read the menu." The guy in the car behind him heard it through his speaker and started honking and laughing. My manager came over and just told me to take my break early... I did get a warning though.

Managed to get myself banned from the drive-thru headset for a week after muttering "that's gonna be $120 worth of sass" loud enough for the customer to hear through the speaker. Worth it though.

That's honestly legendary lol. Hope you don't actually get in too much trouble though, that's a rough punishment for a solid joke.
