I blew $120 on a 'declassified' CIA remote viewing course that was just a guy in his basement

I found this site called Wayfinder Institute that promised old government training docs on astral projection and charged $120 for the PDF set. Turns out it was 40 pages of stuff I could have pulled from a 1995 Usenet group, plus a bonus video of the guy explaining why he couldn't actually demonstrate any of it. Has anyone found a source for the real Gateway Process tapes that isn't just a reupload of the same 1983 Army report?
