Took me 47 days to unfreeze a $19 charge at my credit union in Boise
A gas station double charged me $19 and my bank flagged it as fraud, so they froze my whole debit card while they looked into it. I called every week and got a different answer each time, then finally drove to the branch on Fairview and a teller fixed it in 8 minutes. Why do phone reps have zero power to lift a hold but someone standing at a counter can do it instantly? Has anyone else hit this wall where the app says 'pending review' forever?
