I finally saw the point of cash back cards at a Wawa in Philly last Friday
I stopped at the Wawa on Delaware Ave around 11pm for a hoagie and the card reader was down, so the guy behind me paid for my $9.47 order in cash and I paid him back with Venmo on the spot. That got me thinking about the whole cash vs card fight people have on here. One side says cash keeps you honest about what you spend, the other says cards with 2% back are just free money if you pay them off every month. I keep going back and forth on which one actually saves you more in the long run. Where do you all land on this?
