My $30 bench scraper is the best money I've spent this year (hands down)

I always just used a knife to move dough and clean my counter, which was a mess. I grabbed a heavy duty metal bench scraper on a whim last month, and it's a game changer for portioning rolls and getting every last bit of dough off the surface. It's so simple, but it saves me maybe 5 minutes of cleanup per bake, which adds up. Anyone have a favorite under-the-radar tool that just makes your process smoother?

Totally feel this. I used to fight with a flimsy plastic dough cutter and it was the worst. Upgraded to a solid metal one and it's like having an extra hand. I use it to scoop up chopped veggies now too, way faster than a knife. That little bit of saved time and less mess just makes the whole kitchen vibe better.

Even works for scraping bowls clean.

My $30 metal bench scraper sits right next to my $12 lime squeezer and they're basically the Dynamic Duo of my kitchen now. I accidentally used the scraper to scrape burnt cheese off a pizza stone last week and it worked BETTER than my actual scraper tool for that. Honestly I'm starting to wonder if I should just tape a ruler to a putty knife and call it a day.
