Paid $8 to see Morbius in a dead theater in Fresno and it was the best nap of my life
My buddy dragged me to the 10pm showing at the Fresno theater off Blackstone because he wanted to laugh at it, and I was mad about spending $8 on a Tuesday discount ticket. Turns out the whole room was just us and one guy who fell asleep in the back row, so we had full permission to yell at the screen. The bats and the fake slow-mo walking had me in tears, and honestly those dumb floating dance scenes are peak comedy that everyone just missed. Why do people act like you need a good movie to have a good time at the movies? Any of you got a flick you love just because the crowd (or lack of one) made it fun?
