Our warehouse supervisor timed bathroom breaks with a stopwatch for 2 weeks
He literally stood by the time clock and logged when we left and came back. I got written up for taking 7 minutes instead of 5 after my morning coffee. How is anyone supposed to work a 10 hour shift without a quick breather? Has anyone else dealt with a boss who treats basic needs like theft?
