Everyone says document everything at a bad job, but actually leaving it alone worked better for me
Last month I had a boss who added surprise Saturday shifts at the last minute, so instead of building a folder of proof, I just stopped answering his calls and started applying elsewhere. He fired me after two weeks, which got me out faster than a complaint ever would have. Has anyone else just walked instead of collecting evidence?
